Project Details
MIDAS are currently constructing a new later living development building called “The Fitzroy Project” for Pegasus Homes in Falmouth, Cornwall. Perfectly situated on the Cornish coast, the project has caught the eye of many as being one of the first retirement projects to use a full CLT timber frame construction. AF Protection have been contracted to undertake structural steel protection to the few supporting steel members of the project and provide firestopping and penetration sealing throughout the project.
