Burrington Estates are working with URBN Construction to complete a 155-student bedroom development adjacent to the Exeter University campus. Rougemont Town Houses fronts the St Davids Train Station in the heart of Exeter. URBN Construction have contracted AF Protection to complete fire stopping and penetration sealing to fire walls and through floors across the entire site. Operatives have already begun to complete works on site and will progress according to the site programme over the next few months.
